A leader first.

Erica Elliott is a Licensed Counselor with a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology and more than 35 years of experience in behavioral health, leadership, counseling, and personal transformation. She has held director, manager, supervisor, and board positions since high school and throughout her professional career. Erica believes leadership is a commitment to leave people and places better by helping others step into the leadership qualities they were always created to exemplify.

As a Leadership and Behavioral Science Expert Consultant, Certified Brain Health Coach, Certified Trauma Therapist, and Certified Mental Health Integrative Medicine Professional, Erica brings together behavioral science, neuroscience, leadership, and holistic approaches to help individuals and organizations create meaningful and lasting change.

One of Erica’s unique strengths is her keen ability to recognize the strengths and potential in people while also identifying the missing piece that may be keeping them from creating the life, business, leadership, or relationships they desire. She has worked with numerous organizations to help increase clientele and revenue, strengthen leadership and team effectiveness, and develop SOPs and more effective operating systems.

As an advocate for mental health and brain health, Erica equips individuals, organizations, companies, and churches with evidence-based neuroscience and behavioral science tools to clear the mess—the stuck points—and discover the Masterpiece they were always created to be.

Erica is also a publishing partner with She Rises Studios, where she helps individuals discover the power of their story, develop their message, and find the confidence to share their voice through books, speaking platforms, leadership roles, and business boardrooms.

An honors graduate of Southern Nazarene University with a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology, Erica is the owner and founder of WarriorHeart Healing Hearts, Co-Founder of Mind Shifts, and Co-Founder of Healing in Truth Retreats. As a Brain Coding Strategist™, she guides clients through a holistic leadership journey integrating mind, body, spirit, and energy and utilizing multiple modalities designed to support accelerated growth, resilience, and transformation.

Throughout her career, Erica has helped thousands navigate their personal and professional leadership journeys. She views this work not simply as a profession, but as a calling—helping people recognize who they are, identify what may be holding them back, and move toward the life, leadership, relationships, and impact they were created to have.

Erica believes deeply in the power of relationships and the biblical principle that “iron sharpens iron.”

Her motto: “Your Brain is the Key to Your Currency, Confidence, and Connections.”

The story

How the work began.

Erica Elliott stepped into leadership long before she had the language for it.

As a teenager she was already carrying responsibility — serving, speaking, working, ending up in the roles where people came to her for direction. Leadership was never something she decided to pursue. It was a pattern showing up in her life before she had a name for it.

That pattern followed her into the U.S. Army, where she served twelve and a half years as a Behavioral Science Specialist and trained as a medic. There, leadership stopped being influence and became something harder: staying clear-headed when the situation was uncertain, emotions were high, and the people in front of her were carrying things nobody else could see.

The Army confirmed what she'd been learning since she was young. When pressure rises, willpower isn't enough. People need skills.

The pattern kept repeating. She's been the director of a counseling program, a director of social services, a clinical supervisor overseeing other clinicians, and a manager for multiple companies — and she's served on boards where the decisions affect people who will never be in the room. Different titles, same job: keep the mission steady and the people standing.

That's the thread running through everything since — a Master's in Counseling Psychology from Southern Nazarene University, a federal career serving combat veterans and their families, and more than three decades in behavioral health, counseling, and leadership development. It's also the spine of the BĒMS Method — Body, Energy, Mind, Spirit — the framework she built to answer one question: what does this person need right now, and how do we teach them to do it without her in the room?

So Erica doesn't tell people to try harder. She helps them see what's happening underneath the behavior, name what's in the way, and build the skills to get a different outcome — whether that's an individual in crisis, a leader under sustained pressure, or an organization trying to change something real.

Because leadership isn't a position you hold. It's what you're equipped to do when the pressure is on.

Today that shows up as coaching for executives, doctors, and first-responder leaders; consulting for organizations under pressure; and keynotes for rooms that don't have the luxury of falling apart. Non-clinical, evidence-informed, and — where it's asked for — faith-integrated.
