Requesting a Speaker Kit or submitting an inquiry form on this site is free. No payment is collected through this website for these actions, so no refund applies.

Books referenced on this site are sold through Amazon. Purchases, returns, and refunds for books are handled entirely under Amazon's own policies — not by WarriorHeart Healing Hearts.

Deposits, cancellation windows, and refund terms for paid speaking, coaching, or consulting engagements are set out in the signed agreement provided at the time of booking — not by this website.

Participation fees for the WarriorHeart Healing Hearts collaborative anthology are due on enrollment to reserve a contributor place. Because planning, coaching, and publishing work begin immediately, these fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

A contributor removed from the anthology for missed deadlines or breach of the Anthology Participation Agreement is not entitled to a refund. The signed agreement governs in full; this summary does not replace it.
